Qualifications:
Must be a registered nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio Completion of an Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Hours and potential compensation: Full-time positions with various shifts available: MedSurg (Nights, 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays), offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a 2-year contract Emergency Department RN (Nights, 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays), offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a 2-year contract ICU RN (Nights, 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays), offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a 2-year contract Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN (Nights, 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays), offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a 2-year contract Hourly wage range is $29 to $40, plus applicable shift differentials. Comprehensive benefits package including potential sign-on bonuses for specific positions.
Responsibilities:
Deliver professional nursing services to assigned patients as per physicians' orders. Assess patient condition, provide treatments, administer prescribed medications, and document progress and observations. Coordinate patient care and participate in patient and family education. Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to maintain high standards. Take responsibility for ensuring quality patient outcomes and providing general nursing care.
