Local candidates only Required QualificationsEducation Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) , or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with equivalent clinical experience, or Clinically oriented Master of Science degree . Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency or fellowship is preferred, or equivalent clinical experience. License & Certification Active Texas Pharmacist License required. Sterile-product/pharmacy compounding certification through an in-house program or appropriately accredited program.

$131,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
