Patient Safety, Quality HCT seeks an experienced healthcare professional to serve as the interim Director of Quality for 400+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partnering with existing Consultant to support department initiatives including processes/workflows, Leapfrog Hand Hygiene Program, and Peer Review. Facilitate and support committee meetings and other Quality-related initiatives.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; RN required

Experience:

Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in Quality in an acute care setting; knowledge of all public reporting (Leapfrog, Q-HIP, HQIP, et al)

Licensure:

CA RN license required

Certifications:

CPHQ, CPPS or CPHRM preferred
