Job Description
Annual salary range: $126,380.80 min. - $183,248.00 max This position provides operational leadership and daily management of the Quality Department, The Quality Manager is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Quality Department, performance improvement efforts for publicly reported clinical measures, assisting with regulatory agency investigations and survey activities, and data analysis related activities. Investigate and respond to insurance quality referrals and participate in regulatory agency deficiencies and validate plans of correction are reported to the required Councils. Ensures effective execution of quality improvement initiatives, core measure performance, and data integrity. This role translates quality priorities and data analysis requirements into actionable work plans, supports frontline Quality staff, and ensures timely, accurate reporting and follow-through. The manager assists with implementing strategies for best practices, providing educational opportunities in collaboration with the education department and performance improvement support to clinical providers and staff. •Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation
