Job Description

Gryphon Place seeks a Quality Improvement Manager to lead continuous improvement across our crisis intervention and 2-1-1 programs. In this role, you will design and manage quality initiatives, create and monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to accreditation, policy, and documentation standards. You will analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve client outcomes and service efficiency, then partner with program leaders to implement and sustain changes. The position includes developing reports for leadership and funders, coaching staff on best practices, and supporting a trauma-informed, client-centered culture in a compassionate, mission-driven nonprofit environment. Responsibilities Design and lead quality improvement initiatives across crisis intervention and 2-1-1 services Develop, track, and analyze performance metrics and outcomes Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and best practices Collaborate with program leaders to implement process improvements and corrective actions Facilitate training and coaching on quality standards, documentation, and data integrity Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership, funders, and community partners Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance client experience and outcomes Engage staff in continuous improvement cycles and feedback processes Support trauma-informed, client-centered practices in all quality efforts Required Skills Quality improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) Data analysis and reporting Performance measurement and outcome tracking Program evaluation Process mapping and workflow optimization Compliance and accreditation standards Report and dashboard development (e.g., Excel, BI tools) Database and case management systems Training and facilitation Written and verbal communication
