Job Description

Founding BCBA Helianthus Positive Behavior Supports
LLC - 3.5
Charlotte, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $85,000 - $95,000 a year 17 hours ago Qualifications Implementing ABA therapy protocols Entrepreneurship Board Certified Behavior Analyst Full Job Description About the Opportunity We are an established North Carolina ABA provider currently operating in Elizabeth City and are preparing to launch our next market in Charlotte . We are seeking a Founding BCBA to help lead that expansion. What makes this opportunity different from joining a brand-new ABA company is that you will not be building this alone . While Charlotte will be a new location for us, the organization behind it is already established and operational. Your role is to become the clinical leader on the ground in Charlotte while our existing team supports the operational side of building the market. Our Charlotte Strategy We plan to launch Charlotte with a lean, in-home model, allowing us to build a strong client base, recruit the right clinical team, and establish demand without rushing into a clinic. As the market gains traction, our goal is to open a dedicated Charlotte clinic and transition the Founding BCBA into a larger leadership role as the team expands. You will have the opportunity to help shape the market from its earliest stages, but with the resources and support of an established company behind you. What You'll Do Provide high-quality BCBA services, including assessments, treatment planning, and supervision Lead and support the RBT team as the Charlotte caseload grows Serve as the primary clinical leader for the Charlotte market Partner with our existing clinical and operations leadership to build the market and prepare for a future clinic launch What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, entrepreneurial, and excited about growth.
The ideal candidate:
Is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eligible to practice in North Carolina Wants an opportunity to grow beyond a traditional BCBA caseload Is comfortable providing in-home services during the initial launch phase Is a strong leader and mentor for RBTs Why This Role Is Different There are many opportunities to join new ABA companies entering North Carolina. This is different. Charlotte may be a new market for us, but we are not a new company. The Founding BCBA will not be responsible for figuring out recruiting, intake, operations, quality assurance, billing, scheduling, and clinical infrastructure independently. Those systems and teams already exist. Instead, you will be able to focus on what you do best: building an excellent clinical program, developing your team, serving families, and helping establish our Charlotte presence. As the market grows, we envision this position developing into a broader regional clinical leadership role , with the opportunity to help lead the eventual Charlotte clinic and future growth in the region.
Pay:
