As one of Georgia's fastest-growing interdisciplinary autism providers, we are seeking a visionary Director of Clinical Quality & Training to help drive clinical excellence across our organization. In this role, you'll help shape the systems, training programs, quality initiatives, and clinical standards that support excellence across our growing network of centers. Requirements:
Who We're Looking For:
BCBA certification for a minimum of 5 years (BCBA-D preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Clinical Director required Experience leading quality, training, compliance, accreditation, or organizational initiatives preferred Strategic thinker with strong leadership, systems-development, and problem-solving skills Passionate about improving outcomes, developing leaders, and driving clinical excellence
