In this role, you'll help shape the systems, training programs, quality initiatives, and clinical standards that support excellence across our growing network of centers. Requirements:
Who We're Looking For:
BCBA certification for a minimum of 5 years (BCBA-D preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Clinical Director required Experience leading quality, training, compliance, accreditation, or organizational initiatives preferred Strategic thinker with strong leadership, systems-development, and problem-solving skills Passionate about improving outcomes, developing leaders, and driving clinical excellence
