Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Statewide Director of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction across multiple clinic locations. The Director will mentor BCBAs and BCaBAs, support complex clinical cases, ensure quality and compliance, and assist with program growth and new clinic development. This position is ideal for an experienced BCBA with strong supervisory or management experience who is comfortable traveling between locations and supporting clinical teams statewide. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight across five or more clinic locations. Mentor, coach, supervise, and support BCBAs and BCaBAs. Consult on complex cases, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning. Monitor clinical quality, productivity, documentation, and compliance. Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and staff development. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback. Assist with quality assurance and accreditation readiness. Support caregivers and complex family situations when needed. Collaborate with leadership on program development and expansion. Support new clinic openings and standardization of ABA services. Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, staff retention, and operational efficiency. Travel regularly between clinic locations throughout the state. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing. Active Kentucky LBA (LBA-KY) license. Minimum 5 years of ABA experience . Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience . Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and treatment planning. Experience with staff supervision and clinical quality assurance. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide.
