Job Description
Position Location Details - You will be able to work from your home location in United States. This is a remote opportunity within the Low Country, Charleston and NE Columbia operational area! The individual selected must reside in the South Carolina Region. Travel required!
- Monday-Friday schedule with no night or weekend shifts.
- 80% Travel Required - multiple area assignments
- Eligible for an annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
- Position covers all 3 modalities (incenter, inpatient, home therapies).

PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- Develops, implements, maintains and evaluates an effective, data-driven, quality assessment and performance improvement program(s) with participation by other members of the interdisciplinary team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Facilitates the implementation and integration of the FKC Quality programs and initiatives into the facilities' standard operating procedures through teamwork and collaboration with area and facility clinical, interdisciplinary and operations teams.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS
- :•+ BSN or Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience + Registered Nurse required + Certification in Nephrology Nursing or quality preferred.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- + 3+ years dialysis experience required + 3+ years management experience in a clinical leadership role + Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills + Demonstrated leadership competencies and adaptability to changes in priorities + Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team, gain support and input while participating in quality improvement activities + Strong verbal and written communications skills, + Ability to analyze and propose alternate solutions, assist in resolving sensitive to complex issues •Fresenius Medical Care maintains a drug-free workplace in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
