Job Description

Ryan White Quality Improvement Manager (RWQIPMM) plays a pivotal role at AHF, leveraging their experience, skills, education, and comprehensive understanding of the Ryan White Care Act Program within their specific service area. You will bring the essence of the Ryan White Care Act—the safety net for uninsured
HIV/AIDS
patients—to our most vulnerable population. The RWQIM's activities are continuous and crucial in enhancing client care, health outcomes, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the CQM committees, staff, and funders; developing, implementing, and monitoring QI plans; measuring performance; aligning with RWHAP Parts in the service area; and data utilization and interpretation for clinical quality management. You will collaborate with the AHF IT Department to ensure the validity of data and the development and maintenance of internal reports. The RWQIPM will submit periodic reports to funders. You will participate in local and national quality improvement collaboratives as requested. You champion consumer involvement by magnifying the voices of people with lived experience through surveys, client advisory boards, and focus groups.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $85,000 Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
