Clubhouse Generalist - Mental Health & Community Support (Full-Time) Palmetto Bay, FL | Entry-Level Opportunity | Make an Impact Every Day Are you looking for a meaningful career in mental health and community building? Join Fellowship House , a nonprofit helping adults living with serious mental illness find purpose, employment, and connection through the power of community. We're hiring a Clubhouse Generalist to be part of our dynamic, hands-on team at Club Fellowship in Palmetto Bay. If you're compassionate, energetic, and ready to make a real difference, this could be the perfect start to your career in human services.
What You'll Do Empower Members:
Work side-by-side with adults in recovery, helping them set goals and build confidence through meaningful work.
Support Employment Success:
Assist members with resumes, job searches, interview practice, and on-the-job coaching.
Lead Activities & Events:
Co-create social, recreational, and holiday programs that foster connection and joy.
Community Outreach:
Represent the Clubhouse at community events and help develop partnerships that expand opportunities for members. Grow with
Us:
Receive hands-on training in the internationally recognized Clubhouse Model , and attend Clubhouse International trainings. Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology , or related human services field. Enthusiastic, positive, and comfortable working with adults with mental illness. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays (community never takes a day off!). Valid Florida driver's license required.
