PAB/Community Learning Service Worker
  • CARE Hawaii Inc.
is a Behavioral Health Care Organization seeking a compassionate and dependable Crisis Direct Care Staff worker to help support a residential behavioral program.
Primary location:
Island Wide Responsibilities:
  • Document and maintain Data collection for client's progress in regards to behaviors, incidents, health plans, home and community objectives.
  • Transport client from home into the community setting safely
  • Provide supportive assistance with client's in home and community daily living needs
  • Contribute as a team member in treatment planning for clients
  • Demonstrate effective communication with client,family members, and Service Supervisor.
  • Work in a 1:1 setting in the home setting and in the community to execute responsibilities delegated by Service Supervisor.
  • Meet once a month in the community setting with Service Supervisor for monthly supervision.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months experience working with Developmental Disabilities
  • Full time and Part time hours available
  • Day, Mid , and Night shifts available
