Work Environment This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from your home while engaging actively with clients through video calls and phone consultations. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and technology to conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues. The position offers regular office hours, though you may occasionally be required to work evenings or weekends to support special initiatives or programs. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to effectively identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities to promote mental wellness. Develop tailored service plans that align with the specific goals and objectives of each client. Advocate passionately for client rights, help increase access to essential resources, and address pertinent social justice issues. Contribute to the development, evaluation, and reporting of community programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our client population. Collaborate with fellow social workers, mental health professionals, and community organizations to enhance the scope and quality of services offered. Participate in regular team meetings, professional training workshops, and community outreach activities to promote our mission and values. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients include a diverse array of individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges and social barriers. Many of our clients come from marginalized communities, and your role will involve cultivating a supportive, empathetic environment where they feel safe to express their concerns and work toward positive change. Your understanding of trauma-informed care and advocacy will directly impact their journey to recovery and empowerment. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Strong understanding of social justice principles and advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources pertinent to our client population. Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills are paramount for success in this role. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a nonprofit setting or community health clinic is highly desirable. Familiarity with grant writing and program evaluation processes will be an asset to our mission. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, complemented by a competitive benefits package.
