JOB SUMMARY

The student worker provides essential administrative and clerical support to the front desk staff and nurses to ensure smooth daily operations within the Health Services department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents. Assist with mailings and the preparation of outreach materials. Provide clerical support related to office supplies and inventory. Support the planning and execution of outreach and health education events. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
