The Community Health Worker- Korean Team works primarily with Korean clients and families in applying for State Health Insurance, navigating the healthcare system, community resources and assists clients to gain needed resources; Provides Casework, Group work, Information and Referral to clients and support them in their native language;
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Korean; Excellent interpersonal and social skills.CHW II:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Community/Public Health, Health Science, or Human Services with related field;CHW I:
Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.Pay Range:
CHW II $24- 28 per hour; CHW I $21
