Summary Position Highlights:
Primary focus is participant recruitment, inclusive of specimen and data collection. Coordinates studies of lower complexity and other study duties pertaining to assigned protocol(s). Works under general supervision from the NTRO supervisor or manager and Principal Investigator to implement and coordinate research, including administrative procedures. Interacts with Research Coordinator IV or higher levels for general team guidance. Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment; receives instruction, guidance and direction from others. First level of a research coordinator career path.

Bachelor's degree, one year of relevant experience, knowledge of
EMR Preferred Skills:
knowledge of EMR systems, OnCore, RedCAP, and applicable certifications (BLS/CPR, Phlebotomy, Spanish Language Fluency, Certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer certifications).
Responsibilities:
Screen, identify eligibility, and consent research participants. Document the consent process pursuant to regulatory and Moffitt guidelines. Enter data and information into Redcap, Powerchart, OnCore, or sponsor-specific EDC. Ensure data quality and protocol adherence. Ensure proper specimen collection at required time points; may include phlebotomy. Conduct surveys and/or interviews for applicable studies. Set up offsite recruitment activities and materials when needed. Update protocols with PI guidance for Regulatory submissions. Document deviations and communicate with stakeholders. Perform documentation and data management in compliance with regulations. Communicate standardized information with Regulatory Specialist and shared resources. May contribute to publications, abstracts, presentations and manuscripts.
Credentials & Qualifications:
Associate's degree in field relating to public health, psychology, biological sciences or relevant field. General knowledge of medical terminology and general computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments. Excellent verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills with ability to adapt quickly. Ability to build stable working relationships. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. (Powerchart), OnCore, RedCAP, and preferred certifications as applicable.

Salary Range $20.14 - $30.70 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
