Job Description

Critical Response Strategies is seeking Bilingual Outreach Specialists / Skiptracers to support Phase I digital and telephonic tracing operations. This role is responsible for conducting initial intakes, performing public records and database searches, completing structured telephone outreach, documenting results, and helping ensure language-access equity for non-English speaking sponsors. This position requires strong communication skills, discretion, documentation accuracy, and the ability to work with sensitive information in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct digital and telephonic tracing activities using approved tools, scripts, and procedures. Complete initial intakes and verify available contact information. Perform public records searches and database reviews to locate or verify individuals, sponsors, addresses, or contact details. Conduct direct phone outreach using standard scripts and approved language. Provide bilingual support for non-English speaking sponsors or individuals, as assigned. Document all outreach attempts, contact results, updated information, and case notes in the designated database. Escalate high-risk, incomplete, conflicting, or sensitive case information to supervisors. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information and case records. Ensure outreach activities are conducted professionally, respectfully, and without bias. Support language-access equity by helping individuals understand the purpose of outreach and next steps. Coordinate with field operations personnel when cases require physical field verification. Meet productivity, quality, and documentation standards. Required Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and at least one additional language required, based on project needs. Experience in call center operations, case management support, public records research, skiptracing, social services, investigations support, customer service, or intake coordination. Strong telephone communication skills and ability to follow approved scripts. Strong internet research and data verification skills. Ability to document information accurately and identify conflicting or incomplete details. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Comfortable using databases, spreadsheets, phone systems, and case management tools. Ability to pass all required background checks and comply with contract-specific requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience with public records searches, skiptracing tools, field support operations, government programs, legal support, social services, or compliance-based outreach. Experience supporting non-English speaking populations. Familiarity with Knack or similar database platforms. Work Environment This role may be remote, office-based, or hybrid depending on project needs. Work requires extended computer use, phone-based outreach, accurate data entry, and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.
