Minimum Requirement for Employment High school graduate or equivalent Valid driver's license Three years driving experience Acceptable driving record Negative pre-employment drug screen and tuberculosis test Background checks will be conducted post-offer/pre-employment Lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs. This position is based in a designated Big Lakes location and may be deployed to provide needed supports. You have the unique opportunity to build lasting relationship by facilitating an environment to promote greater independence while also ensuring welfare, health, and safety of persons supported are maintained by responding in-person as needed. Additional requirements include a minimum of two years' experience with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and proficiency with technology to include navigating various platforms.
Start wage:
$16.00. Raise after three months. May be eligible for shift differential. DSP receive a $1000 bonus for completing required training sessions within first year and may be eligible for retention bonuses through their second year of employment. Full-time Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., 40 hours per week. Benefit eligible. Part-time Friday and Saturday from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., 16 hours per week.
