... Advocate Centered Services is looking for an individual to join our team! Individual should live in, Northampton or Lehigh County, PA . This is full time employment opportunity for a Service Coordinator; Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Position is 75% work from home and 25% trav el to participant homes (located within Northampton or Lehigh, Monroe and Carbon Counties), no on call. Persons must be self-motivated, have reliable transportation, reliable internet and the willingness to travel to participants homes. Familiarity with PA Medicaid is preferred, but not mandatory. Experience in related field or Bachelor's degree in a Social Science. Additional details include Only serious applications should apply. Paid Remote Training ( with the exception of the 1st day, you will drive to the corporate office located in Dubois, PA for your first day of work ( It will be a full workday 8 to 4:30 Weekly online continued training Government Holidays/ plus few extra 2 sick days every 6 months (immediately) 5 vacation days (after a year) then a additional day on yearly basis Health insurance is offered after 60-days (probationary period) 180 days probation, then possible raise, + $0.50 per mile Transportation Reimbursement for all miles traveled to visiting participants Case load of 50 participants For more information about what we do, please go to our website: https://advocatecs.com/

Starting $18.00 per hour @ 6 month eligible for a raise an then also @ 1 year. Raise then are every year moving forward.
