Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Drug Test Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and processing specimens for drug testing in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Duties Collect urine, blood, or other specimens from individuals for drug testing purposes. Ensure proper identification and documentation of each specimen collected. Maintain a clean and organized collection area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Process specimens for laboratory analysis, including labeling and packaging. Communicate effectively with clients regarding the collection process and any necessary instructions. Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines related to drug testing procedures. Maintain accurate records of all collected specimens and related documentation. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in venipuncture techniques and specimen collection processing. Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures safely and effectively. Knowledge of basic life support techniques is advantageous. Strong understanding of human anatomy, particularly as it relates to specimen collection. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
