We're looking for a full-time, friendly dental assistant for our office. Your primary job will be to assist our orthodontist in serving our patients to ensure they leave our practice with a smile. Additional dental assisting responsibilities include preparing the work area and equipment for exams or procedures, patient education, sterilization, and maintaining clinic flow. DOE Responsibilities:

Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures Take orthodontic records (impressions, photos, X-rays, iTero scans) Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout procedures Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized clinical area Provide oral hygiene instructions and educate patients on orthodontic appliances Monitor and maintain inventory of clinical supplies Ensure compliance with all OSHA and HIPAA regulations Teaching patients how to care for their braces or appliances Pitching in wherever needed to keep the day flowing

Qualifications:

Ability to provide superb patient care and customer service Excellent multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills You've worked in ortho or dental before (bonus points, but not a dealbreaker!)
