Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive, patient-focused, and kid-friendly dental practice? We are seeking a dedicated, people-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team in our Bentonville office. We value strong communication, professionalism, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence. Our team culture emphasizes collaboration, continuing education, and building lasting relationships with our patients. Previous dental experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates—especially those fluent in Spanish—are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification (or the ability to obtain it) A proactive, patient-first approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Responsibilities:
Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques Apply pit and fissure sealants Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene Ensure efficient patient flow from reception to treatment area. Take dental x-rays as needed
Schedule:
Split Shift
  • Example Monday & Tuesday 7am to 3pm / Wednesday & Thursday 12pm to 7pm.
Every other
Friday:
8 am
  • 1pm 32 hours per week
