Prepare and break down treatment rooms while maintaining the highest infection control standards. Take diagnostic radiographs and assist with digital imaging. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-operative instructions. Ensure instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized. Support efficient patient flow throughout the day. Work collaboratively with doctors and teammates to create an exceptional patient experience. What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience is required. Current Arkansas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required. Current CPR certification required. Experience with Open Dental preferred. Experience with Dexis , CBCT , and TRIOS digital scanner preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Positive attitude with a dependable, team-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy clinical environment. Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
