This is a versatile position that includes both clinical assisting and front office responsibilities . We are looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, works well with a team, and is comfortable moving between the front and back office as needed. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during specialty dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X-rays and support clinical documentation Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify patient information and assist with insurance and billing tasks Enter and maintain accurate information in Dentrix Help the practice stay organized and running smoothly Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Front office dental experience is a plus Dentrix experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire team Current required certifications, including radiology certification, as applicable Schedule Tuesday through Friday We offer a supportive, family-friendly work environment where teamwork, professionalism, and excellent patient care are valued.
