We are looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys working with children and families and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Schedule Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM About Our Practice Madison Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned specialty practice dedicated to providing outstanding dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Our goal is to create positive dental experiences that help children develop lifelong healthy habits and confidence in the dental office. Responsibilities Assist the pediatric dentist during restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records Provide chairside support while ensuring patient comfort and safety Educate parents and patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for pediatric patients Collaborate effectively with doctors and team members to provide exceptional care Qualifications Minimum of 2 year of pediatric dental assisting experience required Private practice experience preferred Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and terminology Experience working with children of all ages and varying behavioral needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern technology and well-equipped facility Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education The chance to make a meaningful impact on children's oral health and confidence If you are passionate about pediatric dentistry and enjoy working in a positive, patient-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
