LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY
Are you looking to grow with a new practice and call a practice your home? Do you love what you do? We are a highly rated, family owned Dental practice with strong focus on patient care and customer service. We are growing as a result of our patients loving us. We are looking for a Senior/Lead dental assistant with great personality and a high level of reliability who will be a partner with the Doctor in the success and satisfaction of taking care of our patients. We focus on having fun while still achieving work objectives, so establishing a fun/enjoyable culture is important to us.
Requirements:
Patient focussed, hard working, fun loving with great personality and willing to learn Minimum 3-5 years active experience as Dental assistant EFDA Certification is a plus and will be preferred (along with higher pay) Dentrix expertise Must have a current X ray license for AZ Must have current CPR Completely self reliant with no training required Knowledge of all dental assisting procedures (temporaries, taking impressions, scanning, assisting doctor during procedures etc.) Comfortable on the phone with doing recalls and appointment confirmations High reliability with ordering supplies for the office and keeping the back organized for the doctor At least two reachable references
