Lead Dental Assistant

Now located in Scottsdale, AZ, Brilliant Smiles Dentistry is a privately owned office looking for a dental assistant to join our growing team! Availability between 7 AM- 5 PM Monday and Thursday, 7 AM- 2 PM Friday. Ability to multi-task while providing a great patient experience. Required x-ray certification after 90 days. 2+ years experience assisting general dentistry. Experience making temporary crowns or using CEREC is a plus.

Duties Include:

Set up and prepare operatory rooms for treatment. Take x-rays as needed. Complete supply ordering monthly. Sterilization and disinfecting instruments, rooms, and trays. Routine weekly/monthly back office maintenance. Assist doctors and hygienists as needed for dental procedures. Input clear detailed notes and record recommended treatment accurately. Misc. tasks including, but not limited to, ensuring a presentable and organized office, taking out trash daily, and striving to maintain a full and productive schedule.
