Our philosophy is all about putting patients first, because frankly, that's what you deserve. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA/OA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position Monday -Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist during a variety of treatment procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Take and develop x-rays as directed by the orthodontist. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Order and manage dental supplies, ensuring that the office remains well-stocked and organized. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support administrative duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient flow and the overall patient experience.
Qualifications:
Valid RDA or OA license and certification in CPR and other relevant dental certifications as required by law. Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required for highly motivated candidates. Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
