Dental Assistant 21 Dental Group Arcadia, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Teamwork Dental assisting English Attention to detail Dental x-ray Open Dental Full Job Description We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking dental assistant to join our dental office in Arcadia. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and looking for a stable position with room to grow. Prior dental or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and genuine care for patients.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the dentist during exams and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare and organize treatment rooms before each appointment Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for treatment Sterilize instruments and follow proper infection control protocols Take dental X-rays Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Maintain clean, well-stocked, and efficient treatment rooms Keep accurate patient records and assist with clinical documentation Complete basic lab tasks as instructed Support patient flow and work closely with the team to provide an excellent patient experience Assist the front office as needed with scheduling, phone calls, patient records, and payment procedures
Requirements:
Dental assisting experience preferred X-ray license preferred Must be dependable, kind, and willing to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Bilingual English/Vietnamese is a plus
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
