Dental Assistant / RDA

Back Office Responsibilities:

Assist dentist during procedures (four-handed dentistry) Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA guidelines Take and process dental X-rays and intraoral photos (if certified) Maintain inventory and order dental supplies Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Ensure infection control and safety standards are consistently met Support smooth patient flow between front and back office Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in a general or specialty dental practice Experience with digital workflows (intraoral scanners, CBCT, etc.) Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) Strong understanding of general dental procedures

Requirements:

Active California RDA license (For RDA's) X-ray certification (required) CPR/BLS certification Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix & Dexis is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

$20-$28/hour (depending on experience)
