Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions (RDA EF) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to perform a wide range of dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. Perform expanded functions such as placing fillings, taking impressions, and applying sealants. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays). Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Certification in Expanded Functions (EF). Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant. Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
