Registered Dental Assistant / Dental Assistant Alameda Pediatric Dentistry has an exciting opportunity to bring on a full-time dental assistant and/or registered dental assistant (RDA). We are a well-established and respected pediatric dental practice with a mission to make kids smile. Currently seeking an energetic, positive team player who wants to call our practice home.
Required Characteristics:
Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and ability to be flexible Positive attitude Dependability and integrity Willingness to learn and grow with our team Main Duties Include but are not Limited to: Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and tray setups for dental procedures Greet and prepare patients for treatment Take xrays Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures Record medical and dental histories Provide postoperative instructions prescribed and directed by doctors Record treatment information in patient records Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, and OSHA guidelines Participate in the achievement of patient satisfaction and office production goals by working efficiently and providing a high level of patient service
Benefits:
