About us East Valley Children's Dentistry is a small local dental office in Burbank, CA. We value safety, clear communication, and a positive work environment. Our goal is to to provide the best quality dental care for all children.

Modern office setting Growth opportunities Safe work environment On-the-job training We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills. Previous experience is preferred, however, we will provide training. - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
- Utilize OpenDental or similar software for patient management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dental office setting preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and patient service best practices
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including phone systems and appointment scheduling
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality This position offers the opportunity to work in a positive work environment, providing essential support to patients and staff.
Pay:
$19.00- $25.
