Our team is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive care, including full-mouth reconstruction, restorative dentistry, periodontal care, and Invisalign. We are a Kois-trained practice that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and attention to detail. Our clinical workflow incorporates both digital and traditional techniques, including the use of an iTero intraoral scanner as well as traditional impressions. This is an excellent opportunity for an RDA who enjoys working alongside experienced clinicians, wants to continue developing their skills, and takes pride in delivering a high level of patient care. Experienced Dental Assistants are welcome to apply and must be willing to obtain their RDA license within the first 90 days of employment. What You'll Do

• Provide chairside assistance for comprehensive restorative and periodontal procedures
• Support doctors during full-mouth reconstruction and complex restorative cases
• Assist with Invisalign procedures; previous Invisalign experience is a strong plus but not required
• Capture high-quality radiographs and intraoral photos (target retake rate under 5%)
• Take and pour traditional impressions when needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of rubber dam placement and use; experience is helpful but not required
• Anticipate doctor needs and maintain efficient, organized treatment flow
• Educate patients about recommended care with confidence and compassion
• Prepare and maintain operatories, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and ready
• Support inventory management and sterilization protocols
• Participate in calibration meetings and ongoing training to refine systems and clinical consistency
• Demonstrate leadership potential by helping teammates grow and maintaining a calm, professional presence Who You Are
• Licensed RDA or experienced Certified DA with current CPR certification
• Experienced Dental Assistant seeking to obtain RDA licensure within the first 90 days of employment. Our practice actively supports and encourages professional growth toward RDA licensure.
