Dixon, CA , we believe quality dentistry requires time, focus, and a strong clinical team. We are a private, single-doctor PPO practice seeing only 10-12 patients per day. That means no double or triple booking, no rushed procedures, and no production pressure — just quality care in a professional, respectful environment. We are looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a stable, patient-centered practice. What You'll Do Assist chairside for general dentistry procedures (restorative, crowns, extractions, endo, limited implant procedures) Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate charting Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards Provide clear post-op instructions and excellent patient communication Support smooth daily workflow with professionalism and teamwork What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant Active California RDA license Current CPR certification Strong knowledge of infection control Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive, team-first attitude Strong work ethic and professional demeanor This position is ideal for someone who values clinical excellence and wants a manageable daily schedule instead of burnout. Competitive pay:
