Schedule Full-time (approximately 36 hours per week) Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM•5:15 PM Enjoy a three-day weekend every week! What You'll Do As a valued member of our clinical team, you will: Assist the orthodontist with patient treatment and clinical procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care. Take digital photographs, impressions, and radiographs as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions. Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards. Keep accurate patient records and assist with charting. Help create a welcoming, friendly experience for every patient. Work collaboratively with our doctors and team to provide outstanding customer service. What We're Looking For Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and excellent work ethic Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers (experience with Dolphin software is a plus) Orthodontic experience is preferred but not required —we are willing to train the right person.
