Job Description

We are in search of a full time RDA who is interested in a lead level position and duties. Our office is out-of-network with all insurance and committed to having a team that is cheerful, collaborative, and giving each other and our patients the best we have to offer. Our supportive team wants you to be the best you can be. This is a single doctor practice, treating patients of all ages, infants through geriatric. We have wonderful hygienists, who work well as a team with our assistants and also independently. Our universal mission is responsibly educating patients and aligning with them to generate patient-centered outcomes. Our office uses up to date technology, including digital scanning. Our restorative work focuses on additive, rejuvenating options, including The Bioclear Method. We are looking for the right assistant who is comfortable, not only with chair-side assisting both children and adults, educating patients, working with technology, and maintaining our office and equipment.
Ideal skillset includes:
digital scanning, digital photography, orthodontics (both aligners and braces), accurate chart documentation, and a willingness to learn how to assist with Bioclear procedures. We offer competitive pay and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional development, leadership, and education.
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
