We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Mobile Dental Assistants / Field Treatment Coordinators (FTC) . Dental Assistant or CNA experience is preferred, but direct dental assisting experience is not required. We provide hands-on, on-the-job training for qualified candidates. About the Position As a Mobile Dental Assistant / Field Treatment Coordinator (FTC) , you will be part of a mobile dental team providing dental care to patients residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). Unlike a traditional dental office position, our team travels directly to nursing facilities to provide care. You will help coordinate field treatment, assist the dentist, set up and break down mobile dental equipment, prepare and sterilize instruments, maintain supplies, and communicate with patients and facility staff. This is a mobile position and requires regular driving. You may drive up to approximately 60 miles per day to facilities throughout your assigned region using a company vehicle . Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures Serve as a Field Treatment Coordinator and help coordinate the mobile dental workflow Travel from our central hub to assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities using a company vehicle Set up and break down mobile dental equipment at facilities Prepare, clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Ensure mobile dental equipment is clean, organized, and properly stocked Maintain patient records and update medical histories according to HIPAA guidelines Help ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after treatment Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene and post-treatment care Communicate professionally with patients, dentists, team members, nursing staff, and facility staff Provide exceptional customer service to patients and our facility partners Qualifications Dental Assistant or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) experience preferred Experience in a dental, healthcare, Skilled Nursing Facility, caregiving, or other patient-care environment is a plus No prior mobile dental experience required — we provide hands-on, on-the-job training Valid California driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record required Must be willing and comfortable driving throughout the assigned region Comfortable working with elderly patients and residents of Skilled Nursing Facilities Ability to work independently, take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or practice management software Additional language skills are preferred but not required Must be able to reliably commute to our Fullerton, CA hub Schedule & Overtime 4-day workweek Day shift Shifts may begin as early as 6:30 AM Shifts are up to 10 hours per day Any hours worked over 8 hours in a workday are paid at the applicable overtime rate Saturday shifts may be available Compensation Starting at $19.50 per hour Overtime pay for hours worked over 8 hours in a workday Potential for bonuses Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance On-the-job training Application Questions Do you have experience working as a Dental Assistant, CNA, or in another healthcare/patient-care setting?
