In this position, you will support dentists during clinical procedures, manage patient interactions, and ensure the smooth operation of our dental practice. Your expertise in dental assisting, infection control, and patient management will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays Provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate patient records Assist with room turnover and infection control protocols Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar dental clinic setting with knowledge of general dentistry procedures Knowledge of infection control standards including aseptic technique and healthcare infection prevention practices Ability to operate dental equipment such as dental x-ray machines and other clinical tools effectively Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with patients of all ages while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies Fluent in Armenian preferred If you're passionate about dentistry and enjoy making patients feel comfortable, we'd love to hear from you!
