Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dental clinic environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a sterile and organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
• Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.
• Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide support during procedures as required.
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment. Experience
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental clinic is preferred.
• Familiarity with prosthodontics, medical terminology, and medical imaging is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices is essential.
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and understanding basic dental procedures is required.
• Experience with dental receptionist duties is a plus.
