7:30AM•4 PM We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our friendly dental team, where our primary focus is on preventative treatment and fostering honest, trusting relationships with our patients. Our dental office prides itself on delivering high-quality ethical work while collaborating with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that create healthy, beautiful smiles. As part of our practice, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives through your expertise in restorative, implant, and cosmetic dentistry. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental field, who are proficient in delivering comprehensive dental care within a General and PPO practice model. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional dental services while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. You will work closely with patients to educate them about their oral health, offering insights into preventative measures and treatment alternatives. Building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency is essential to our practice, and your ability to communicate effectively with patients will be key to our shared success. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Taking Digital Radiographs, Intra-Oral Photos, and Intra-oral Digital Scans Chairside assisting with exams and treatment. Assist hygienists when needed (probing and charting, x-rays) Organization and Management Dental Lab and Sterilization Generating and preparing lab cases, submitting to lab Sterilizing instruments and Infection Control Room set-ups, tear downs, and cleaning up Inventory management Answering phones and cross covering the front office (if needed and rare).
Requirements:
Gentle, friendly chairside manner with an ability to connect with patients. Excellent Patient Service RDA or working towards an RDA Five years of experience or more with restorative, crown, bridge, and implant restorations.
