  • Laguna Hills, CA We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated team member to join our growing endodontic practice in Laguna Hills.
As a new specialty office, we are seeking someone who is flexible and willing to help with both front office and clinical (chairside) responsibilities during the startup phase. This is a great opportunity to grow with our practice and become an important part of our team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in dental assisting and/or front desk administration preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate) Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset Dental X-ray license is a plus Knowledge of endodontic procedures is a plus Korean or Spanish language skills are welcomed, but not required Responsibilities Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures Greet patients and provide excellent customer service Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance benefits Sterilization, operatory setup, and infection control Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Help support both clinical and administrative needs as the practice grows Schedule 3-5 days per week Initial schedule will depend on patient volume and office growth Opportunity for additional hours and long-term growth within the practice If you are dependable, eager to learn, and excited about helping build a new specialty practice, we would love to hear from you.
