Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Dental Assistant at our Lake Forest, CA location. The Registered Dental Assistant will provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures, ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment, and educate patients on oral hygiene and care. Additional responsibilities include setting up treatment rooms, taking dental x-rays, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. $18-25 Paid sick leave Qualifications Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care practices Experience with instrument Sterilization and maintaining hygiene protocols Skilled in Dental Assisting, including chairside support and surgical assisting Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification for California or ongoing certification Preferred Skills English/Spanish Speaker CPR certification and familiarity with dental software systems Examples of duties Greet and seat patients Collaborate with front desk Assist doctor in treatment and surgery Set restoration crowns Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPA regulations How to apply Please submit a cover letter and resume online to Include "Registered Dental Assistant" in subject line.
