Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic, surgical, and other dental procedures Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos as needed Fabricate temporary crowns and perform duties permitted under California RDA regulations Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation Educate patients regarding treatment and oral hygiene Assist in creating a smooth and efficient patient experience
Qualifications:
Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current X-Ray Certification and CPR Certification Excellent communication and patient care skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Experience with digital dentistry and practice management software preferred We are looking for an RDA who is passionate about dentistry, enjoys helping patients, and wants to be part of a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality care.
