- Part-Time Lakewood Dental Arts is seeking an experienced and dependable Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
Schedule:
Wednesdays are consistent and required Additional days may fall Monday-Friday depending on the monthly orthodontic schedule Approximately 2-3 days per week / 10 days per monthQualifications:
Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred Orthodontic Assistant Permit/Certificate preferred Current California dental assisting certifications/licenses as applicable Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced orthodontic environment Must be consistently available onWednesdays Responsibilities:
Assist with bonding, debonding, adjustments, and other orthodontic procedures Take X-rays, photos, impressions, and digital scans as needed Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization and infection-control standards Provide patient instructions and maintain accurate patient records Support efficient patient flow throughout the orthodontic schedulePosition:
Part-Time Schedule:
Approximately 10 days per month / 2-3 days per weekLocation:
