Dental Assistant (Front & Back Office)

Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team. This position will support both our dental offices and will be responsible for a combination of front-office and back-office duties. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent patient care and customer service.
Responsibilities Back Office Duties:
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Assist dentists during procedures Take and process dental radiographs (as permitted by certification) Maintain infection control and safety standards Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Stock and organize clinical supplies
Front Office Duties:
Greet and check in patients Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred Current Dental Assistant certifications/licenses as required by California law X-ray certification preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations Additional Information This position requires travel between our Pico Rivera and El Monte offices. Mileage reimbursement may be provided for eligible travel between work locations in accordance with company policy. Competitive pay based on experience.
