EXPERIENCE NEEDED
) to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate needs to have a very positive and upbeat attitude , to play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while providing exceptional patient care. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient comfort. Responsibilities Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups using dental software systems such as Dentrix but not required. Monitor vital signs of patients before, during, and after procedures. Support pediatric dentistry by providing compassionate care to younger patients. Assist with endodontic procedures by preparing materials and instruments as required. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and infection control standards. Skills Strong understanding of infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients. Ability to take vital signs accurately and efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Have a very strong work ethic, be puncutal (ontime), reliable (showup to work when schduled.
