Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is reliable, personable, clinically confident, and team-oriented. The ideal candidate enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is motivated to continue growing professionally. This role is well-suited for someone who wants to be part of a stable, respected practice that prioritizes both high-quality dentistry and a healthy workplace culture. Responsibilities
  • Provide chairside assistance during surgical, restorative, preventive, orthodontic and cosmetic procedures
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to OSHA and infection control standards
  • Take digital radiographs and assist with intraoral scanning using iTero
  • Support digital workflows and treatment coordination using Dentrix and DTX Studio (as applicable)
  • Accurately chart treatment notes and maintain patient records
  • Help create a calm, comfortable, and welcoming patient experience
  • Deliver post-operative instructions
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to maintain efficient clinical flow
  • Contribute positively to the culture and energy of the office Qualifications
  • Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience with Dentrix, iTero, and/or DTX Studio preferred
  • Strong knowledge of digital radiography and infection control protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications
  • Coronal polishing and sealant certification
  • Experience in a relationship-based general dentistry practice
  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued (Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, or other languages) Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly compensation: $25
  • 45/hour, based on experience and qualifications
