Predictable Schedule:

Who This Role IS For You have 2+ years of chairside assisting experience and hold a valid X-ray license. You take pride in your craft, pay attention to details, and are hungry to learn digital impressions, scanning, and CEREC milling. You are reliable, possess strong common sense, and thrive when given autonomy (no micromanagement here). You are genuinely warm with patients and take pride in delivering a 5-star experience. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:

Based on experience. Top-of-market pay for DAs with strong, hands-on CEREC and digital workflow experience. Competitive growth track provided if you are earlier in your career. 401(k): Automatic 3% employer contribution (no match required).
