Job Description

Premier OC Orthodontic Office is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator / Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a welcoming demeanor. This is a Full Time 4-5 Days per Week position with benefits (Sick days, Vacation Days, 401k).
  • You will need to travel to Orange and Aliso Viejo office locations.
  • Job duties will include:
  • Patient scheduling and follow-up
  • Processing payments
  • Assisting with Managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, Website updates)
  • Assisting with practice Marketing programs Previous experience in the dental field is preferred, though on-the-job training is often provided. Some knowledge of dental and medical terminology is necessary to be able to answer any questions that the patient might have, and good customer service skills are needed as well. Applicant must be comfortable with technology

Online payment processing, two-way texting, DocuSign, JotForm, Google Docs, Dental Practice Management software. A background in customer service or marketing, including a bachelor's degree in a related field, is ideal.
